Family Support Service to provide counselling service in Manilla.

The Anglican Counselling Service (ACS) which operates a Family Support Service in Manilla, is all set to begin providing a regular professional counselling service to residents of Manilla and surrounding areas.

 

ACS has been operating for over 21 years in the north-west region of NSW however this is the first time the Service has been able to offer regular counselling sessions in Manilla.

 

Initially the Counsellor will be in Manilla every second Wednesday commencing from 5th September. Family Support Worker, Haidee Lea, said that if there is sufficient demand, a weekly service could be implemented.

 

Counselling can be very beneficial for people dealing with a variety of situations including, relationship issues, depression, conflict resolution and grief.

 

Bookings for counselling sessions can now be made by phoning 6765 2527 Mon – Fri during office hours.
