Know Yourself Course to be offered in Inverell

Tuesday 29th of July 2008

What is special about you?

Knowing yourself can help you in your life – and your relationships. If you have ever wondered why some of your relationships work well while others go wrong, or are difficult, this course can help – because the one common element in any relationship you have, is you!

The Anglican Counselling Service is about to offer the well known Know Yourself course which will help you to understand some of the ‘why’s’ in your life. Participants in the course will experience activities that focus on their behaviours and feelings, thoughts and perceptions and how to relate to others.

The course (which is the first subject in the Counsellor Training Course offered by the Lois Reid College of Counselling Studies) commences on Sat 9th August at the Inverell Anglican Church Hall (33 Rivers Street) and runs for four Saturdays (Aug 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th from 9.00am – 4.30pm each day).

The cost is $95.00 – though concessions are available.

To register, please phone 6765 2527 (during office hours).
