Position Vacant, Counsellor Inverell

Anglicare Northern Inland has an opening in Inverell for an experienced counsellor to join their close knit and supportive team.


This is a casual position and the role will involve providing caring and professional counselling services to families, children, youth, couples and individuals on any number of issues including relationship, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma.


For this role you will need:

  • Recognised qualifications in Counselling;
  • Eligibility for registration with a professional association;
  • At least 250 hours of practical superviced experience as a counsellor;
  • An eclectic knowledge of different counsellinhg models;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;
  • Computer skills.
